SCR Europe are working with a Golf Club in Kent, they are looking for a  Director of Golf Sales is responsible for leading and driving revenue growth for golf-related sales, including memberships, tournaments, corporate outings, sponsorships, and other revenue-generating opportunities. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and working collaboratively with their marketing and operations teams to maximize profitability.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in the golf, hospitality, or sports industry.
  • Strong knowledge of golf club operations, tournament organization, and membership sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and data-driven sales analytics.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue for golf memberships, tournaments, corporate events, sponsorships, and hospitality services.
  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, sponsors, golf event planners, and high-net-worth individuals to generate long-term business opportunities.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives to increase golf-related sales revenue.
